Акционерные общества обязаны опубликовать годовую отчетность, подлежащую опубликованию, в срок не позже 10 апреля года, следующего за отчетным периодом.
Годовая отчетность, подлежащая опубликованию, должна содержать информацию, предусмотренную в приложении №8 к «Инструкции о составе, порядке заполнения, представления и опубликования годовой отчетности по ценным бумагам акционерного общества». Порядок заполнения годовой отчетности, подлежащей опубликованию, изложен в разделе III “Указаний о порядке составления и опубликования годовой отчетности акционерного общества” – приложение №9 к Инструкции.
Годовая отчетность представляется в редакцию газеты «Capital Market» в печатной форме на бумажных носителях и в электронной форме, с соблюдением формы заполнения, предусмотренной НКФР. Отчетность в печатной форме может быть принята и по факсу: (373 22) 22-05-03. Отчетность принимается к публикации в газете только при присутствии подписи руководителя и печати предприятия, а также при отсутствии задолженности за предыдущие публикации. Электронная форма годовой отчетности должна быть в формате *.doc, *.rtf или *.odt и принимается на любых носителях, а также на e-mail.
